Custom Paper Cups 101: Choosing the Right Size for Your Business
A plain-English guide to choosing a branded paper cup size, preparing artwork, and what to send us so a quotation can be prepared quickly.
A printed cup leaves your premises with your name on it every day. Whether you run a café, a corporate pantry or a stand at an event, the size you choose affects cost, handling and how your logo sits on the cup.
Our sizes
- S — 6 oz
- M — 10 oz
- L — 19 oz
- XL — 30 oz
Single-wall construction
Our current paper cup range is single-wall only. Tell us how the cups will be used and the approximate quantity, and our production team will go through the four sizes with you before quoting.
Artwork and branding
Cups can be printed with your company logo or artwork, subject to artwork review and the production specification. A print-ready PDF is easiest, but if your files are not print-ready, send what you have and our team will review them with you. An artwork proof is approved before printing begins.
What to send for a quotation
The cup size if you know it, an approximate quantity, your artwork status and the date you need the order. If some of that is still undecided, send what you have and we will follow up with the questions we need answered.
